The working relationship between teachers and ITRT is one of the most significant of all the relationships in a school. This relationship, when developed effectively, can have an immediate impact on classroom instruction and student performance through the further integration of technology. For this relationship to be effective and have a positive impact on classroom instruction and student performance, several factors must be implemented properly. One of the most important issues is for the ITRT to understand their roles and responsibilities clearly and communicate them to teachers.
